Inventory System (WMS)

See your stock without asking anyone.

Every box we receive, store and ship is recorded in our warehouse management system. You get a login when your account is set up, and you can check stock, movements and held shipments whenever you want.

01

Nothing moves without a record.

When a box comes in, it is counted and logged. When an order goes out, the stock comes down. When someone adjusts a number, you can see who, when, and by how much.

02

What is in it.

  • Stock, as it stands

Current stock by SKU, updated as goods come in and go out, with alerts when something drops below the level you set.

  • Every movement on record

Receiving, outbound, adjustments — each one logged with a date and a quantity, so a discrepancy can be traced back to where it started.

  • Customs codes checked

Every parcel to Korea needs a valid personal customs code. They are checked for validity, and anything stuck is reported daily rather than discovered a week later.

  • Weekly reports

What came in, what went out, what is selling faster than it used to, and what has been sitting on a shelf too long.

  • A person behind it

A dedicated brand manager who knows your products and your channels. The dashboard tells you what happened; they deal with what to do about it.

03

Every order, tracked the whole way.

An order on your sales channel starts the process on its own. Each step is recorded, so you can see where any order is without emailing anyone.

04

Getting stock into it.

Once your listings are ready, send stock in boxes, on pallets, or by the container. It is received, counted and entered into the system, usually within one to two business days.

Keeping it honest.

A selective stock count runs every quarter at no charge. If you want a full count in between, ask for one — it is billed as labour, because someone has to take everything off the shelf.

05

Questions about the system.

How do I get a login?

It is issued when your account is set up. There is no public sign-up.

How long until new stock shows up?

Usually one to two business days after it arrives. Very large or mixed deliveries can take longer.

The numbers look wrong. What happens?

Ask for a manual count. It is charged separately, because it means pulling stock off the shelf. A quarterly selective count is included on every plan.

What does storage cost?

It depends on whether you store by pallet or by box. Every rate is on the fulfillment rates page.
