Questions people ask.
Is this connected to Coupang directly?
No. It's an Excel export and a file upload. There's no API connection and no automatic syncing.
Do I need a Korean company?
Depends on the account type and how you want to sell. We'll tell you which applies to you before you commit to anything.
Whose account is it?
Yours. What we can and can't do with it is written into the agreement before we touch it.
We already have listings. Can you take those over?
