From first email to first Korean order.

Five stages. The slow ones are usually document collection and your own approvals, which is worth knowing before you plan a launch date.

01
  1. 01

You tell us where you are

What you sell, what you want from Korea, and whether anything is already moving. A rough answer is fine.

Your part: 15 minutes and an email.

  2. 02

    We work out the job

Which channels make sense, what your product needs to get in, what has to be built, and what we need from you to build it.

Your part: Product information, and answers to whatever we can't work out ourselves.

  3. 03

    You get it in writing

Who does what, what it costs, what's included, what isn't, and what happens when something changes. Read it properly.

    Your part: A decision.

  4. 04

    We build it

Listings, documents, receiving instructions, the account setup. Nothing goes live until you've approved it.

Your part: Inventory, and sign-off on anything customer-facing.

  5. 05

    It runs

Orders, shipping, customer questions, returns. You get reporting on a cycle we agree, and one person to call.

    Your part: The commercial decisions.

02

What usually holds things up.

  • Product documents that turn out not to exist yet.
  • Waiting on an authority or a lab, on their schedule rather than yours.
  • Approvals sitting with someone on your side who has other work.
  • Category requirements nobody knew about until the review found them.

None of these are unusual. They’re just easier to deal with when you knew they were coming.
