What you actually get.
Every account runs on the same three documents. Read them before you sign anything.

Samples use made-up names and figures. What you receive depends on what’s in your scope.
Getting started takes three conversations.
- 01
Share your starting point
What you sell, where you want to sell it, and whether anything is already moving.
- 02
Define the work
We work out what the job actually involves and what we need from you.
- 03
Begin with a written plan
You get it in writing before anyone starts — who does what, what it costs, what happens if things change.
Choose the scope before the price.
We quote against what you actually need. Our fees, usage charges, and third-party costs are listed separately, so you can see what is ours.
Launch Setup
Scoped one-time fee
Everything it takes to go live — checked, prepared, and launched.
Ongoing Operations
Monthly scope + usage-based charges
The running of it. A fixed scope, plus what varies with your volume.
Selected Services
Project or unit-based quote
One job, one price. Useful if you only need a piece of this.
Exactly what is in and out is written into your proposal.
Before we get started.
Can I start with fulfillment only?
Yes. Plenty of brands do — they already sell, they just need the shipping to work.
Does a daily departure mean my order ships the same day?
No. The route flies daily; your box still has to be ready and booked before the cutoff.
How are Coupang orders handled?
You export them from Coupang as a spreadsheet and upload it. Waybills get registered in one go. It is a file upload, not a live connection.
Do you support customers in Korean?
Yes, in Korean. How much of it we handle is up to you.
Tell us what you want to sell in Korea.
Share your product category, current setup, and the work you need help with. Estimates are welcome.
