Fulfillment & Returns

From a shelf in California to a door in Korea.

Your stock sits in our California warehouse and flies out daily on Korean Air. Hanjin takes it the last mile. Returns come back through a process instead of one email at a time.

01

Where people usually start.

  • You're shipping orders one at a time

Slow, expensive, and every exception lands on your desk.

  • You have Korean orders and no Korean logistics

Sales work. Delivery is what keeps breaking.

  • Returns have nowhere to go

Korean customers want a domestic address to send things back to.

Your agreement is what actually governs this. The table is the short version.

05

What sets the timeline

  • The route runs daily. Your shipment still has to be ready and booked before the cutoff.
  • Delivery also waits on clearance.
  • How fast we receive stock depends on how it arrives and how it's labelled.

What sets the price

  • Weight and volume.
  • Order volume, and how much it swings through the year.
  • Storage, and how long stock sits.
  • Return volume and how much inspection each one needs.
06

Questions people ask.

Daily departures — so my order ships today?

No. The route flies daily. Your box still has to be ready and booked before the cutoff.

Where does my stock actually sit?

California. We confirm the exact receiving location and instructions for your project before you send anything.

Can Korean customers return to a Korean address?

Yes, that can be part of the scope. How returns get received, inspected and dispositioned is agreed in advance.

Can we use you for shipping only?

Yes. Plenty of brands do — they already sell, they just need the shipping to work.
