How do I send inventory to the warehouse?

Once your marketplace, store setup, and product listings are complete, you can begin sending inventory to the SelltoKorea warehouse. Products can be delivered in boxes, on pallets, or by container. After arrival, all inventory is processed and tracked in real-time through our WMS (Warehouse Management System), giving you full visibility of your stock levels at any time.

What if my inventory doesn’t appear in the system?

Inventory is typically updated in the system within 1–2 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. However, processing times may vary depending on the volume, size of the shipment, and overall warehouse activity.
If you need a manual stock check, you can request one for an additional fee. We also perform a scheduled inventory audit every 6 months to ensure accuracy.

Shipping

How does the fulfillment process work?

Once an order is placed through your sales channel (marketplace or online store), the fulfillment process begins automatically. Shipping labels are printed, and your products are dispatched to Korea.

The full process includes:
Order placement → Packing → Air shipment → Customs clearance → Domestic delivery in Korea → Final delivery.

All outbound items are recorded in our WMS (Warehouse Management System) by SelltoKorea, so you can track your sales and inventory in real-time.

Storage

How is storage cost calculated?

Storage fees are based on either pallet or shelving unit usage. Pallet storage is ideal for high-volume SKUs with frequent outbound shipping.
Shelving units are better suited for managing a variety of smaller SKUs.

Storage Dimensions:
– Pallet size: 48” x 40” x 60” (61 cubic feet)
– Shelving unit size: 48”W x 72”H x 18”D

Where is your warehouse located? Can I visit?

Our warehouse is located near Los Angeles, California, and we operate outbound shipments to Korea four times a week.
If you would like to visit the warehouse, you’re welcome to do so — we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to schedule your visit. This helps us ensure someone from our team is available to guide you and provide the support you need during your visit.
